电线电缆技术参数总结
聚酯乙烯绝缘护套电力电缆(DB/T 12706-2008)
PVC Insulated And Sheath Electric Cable(GT/T 12706-2008)
1 用 途Application
本产品适用于交流50Hz,额定电压0.6/1KV的电路中,供输配电能之用。
The cable is used as power distribution and transmission line at rated voltage 0.6/1kV which can be fixed installed.
2 使用特性 Service characterstecs
1)电缆导体的最高额定温度为70℃。
2)短路时(最高持续时间不超过5s)电缆导体的最高温度不超过160℃。
3)敷设电缆时的环境温度不低于0℃,最小弯曲半径应不小于电缆外径的10倍。
1) The long-time working temperature of cable should not be highter than 70℃
2) When core is in short-circuit(max 5s)the temperature should not exceed 160℃
3) While installation the ambient temperature should not be lower than 0℃,and the bending radius should not be less than 10 times of ourer diameter of cable.

5 电缆运行敷设条件 Installation
电缆敷设
1、 敷设时电缆温度不低于0℃,环境温度低于0℃时应对电缆进行预热。
2、 敷设的弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的10倍。
3、 电缆敷设后,应施压4Uo直流电压,持续时间15min。
在空气中敷设
1、 单芯电缆平行敷设时中心距离:185mm2及以下为电缆直径的2倍,240mm2及以上为90mm.
2、 周围环境温度:30℃。
3、 导电线芯最高允许温度:70℃。
4、 不同环境温度下载流量的校正系数。
Installation
1、 The installion temperature should not over 0℃,if the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃,the cable should be preheated.
2、 The bending radius of cable should not less than 10 thmes.
3、 After instllation,apply 4Uo DC voltage for 15min continuously.
In air
1、 As the single core laying in paraller,the distance between the calble:center is 2times(for cables,which cross sectional area of conductor≤185mm2)and 90mm(of cables,which cross sectional area of condustor≤240mm2)
2、 Ambient temperature:30℃
3、 Max.temperature of conductor :70℃
4、 Rating factors of current rating for ambient remperature.

直埋敷设
1、单芯电缆不接触敷设时,中心距离为电缆直径的2倍。
2、周围环境温度:25℃。
3、导电线芯最高允许温度:70℃。
4、土壤热阻系数:1.0℃;m/w。
5、直埋深度:0.7m。
6、不同环境温度下载流量校正系数。
Direct in grouud
1、 When the single core are installed separately, the distance between the cable:ceter is 2 times of the cable diameter.
2、 Ambient temperature :25℃.
3、 Max.temperature of conductor:70℃.
4、 Soil thermour resistivity: 1.0℃;m/w.
5、 Depth of laying in direct:0.7m.

4、 用 途Application
本产品适用于交流额定电压450/750V及以下的动力装置的固定敷设。
This product is fit for ac rated volrage 450/750V.
2、工作稳定 Working temperature
BV-90型不超过90℃,其它不超过70℃,敷设温度不低于0℃。
BV-90 model more than 90℃,others not more than 70℃ installation temperature not lower than 0℃.

.5 技术性能 Technology property
1) 成品绝缘线和成品电缆,放在20±5℃的室温水中至少1h后,能经受表7规定的交流电压实验。
2) 电线具有良好的电气绝缘性能、力学性能和不延燃性能,质量可靠,方便耐用。
3) 成品电线的绝缘或护套表面应有生产厂名、型号和电压的连续标志。
1)Finished insulation core and finished power line are into the water at the temperature 20±5℃ for an hour , they should be able to experience the AC voltage testing.
2)Outer power line is good at imsulation roperty machines property and non-inflammablilty with reliable quality and comvenient durablility.
3)Finished power line should have products name , model and voltage signs.
